In testimony whereof we have granted him this Certificate with our names and the seal of the Lodge attached this ______ day of ____ ____" It also has spaces or the CC, VC and RS to sign. You Must Send your Name and date Knighted. If you want we can also fill in the spaces for CC, VC and RS if you like. It will be printed on a parchment like acid free paper.
